NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LOS OSOS COMMUNITY SERVICES DISTRICT (Owner) hereby invites sealed bids which will be received at:

Until May 8, 2025, at 3:00 pm PST, or such later date as may be set by Addendum, at which time and at the above address, they will be opened and bid results read aloud.

The work is comprised of providing exterior roof/safety repairs including removal of old galvanized safety railing, providing new galvanized safety railing, new/relocated roof hatch, new corral area and self-closing gate and non-slip tank surface extending to center vent area, roof patch/repairs, new roof safety tie-offs and cables, new/replaced cathodic protection handhole covers, new tank level equipment, interior roof/shell welding, cleaning and re-coating entire tank interior, new interior ladder. The tank exterior coating is known to have lead based coatings on the exterior surfaces.  The work is located in Los Osos, California, and more specifically at 10TH Street and Los Olivos Avenue, Los Osos, CA.
