How To Pay Your Water Bill

For your convenience, there are a variety of ways to pay your water bill: 

  1. ONLINE WEB PAYMENT PORTAL  Sign in/create your account here. You will need your assigned account number and the phone number on account before you begin. When entering the phone number do not use any spaces or special characters; just enter the number with the area code. 
    • When you create an account  you can sign  up for AUTO PAY. 
       
  2. Use Quick Pay with out Online Payment Portal.  No account needed. To make a payment, click Quick Pay and enter the account number to pay. The Service Address associated with the account entered, will appear at the top of the page. Please review the service address to verify. There is a 2.5% service charge per transaction.
  3. Sign-up for Auto Pay.  Payments will be deducted on the due date directly from the bank account or credit card/debit card you designate.  An online account will need to be created through the ONLINE ACCOUNT PORTAL if one has not been established. Banking information or credit card/debit card will be added and managed for processing. Please note: all card transactions incur a 2.5% service charge. To avoid charges, pay using your bank account!
  4. Mail the payment in the return envelope provided with the bill (LOCSD, P.O. Box 6669, Los Osos, CA 93412-6669)
     
  5. Place the payment in the 24-hour drop box located to the left-hand side of our lobby front door at 2122 9th Street, Suite #110, Los Osos.
     
  6. Bring the payment to the LOCSD lobby during our office hours from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.  
     
  7. In order to avoid late fees or disruption to your service, please allow plenty of time for your payment to reach us.  Water Payments received after 5:00 p.m. will be credited the next business day. If the payment is received after 5:00 p.m. on the due date it is subject to late fees.  We are not responsible for delays caused by bill-pay services or the Post Office.
