Solid Waste Customer Assistance Program Application

For qualified customers, Los Osos Community Services District requires documented eligibility in one of the following programs:

1. Supplemental Social Security Income (SSI)

2. CalFresh Food Stamps (Notice of Approval)

3. CalWorks (AFDC) (Notice of Approval)

4. Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)

5. Veteran Survivor Pension Benefits Documentation must show the account holder's name as well as the service address.

Be sure to redact Social Security Numbers or data sensitive information.  Name on documentation must match name as Mission Country Disposal account holder.
