Water Rates and Billing Schedule
The billing cycle occurs every two months with water meters being read around the 10th of the month. Water bills reflect those two months of consumption and billed accordingly.
Bills are mailed to customers around the 20th of the month. Water bills are due upon receipt. If paid after the specified due date, an additional 10% penalty is processed. The LOCSD Water Department is not responsible for bills lost in the mail or not delivered. If you do not receive your bill by the 25th of the month, please call.
Water Payments received after 5:00 p.m. will be credited the next business day.
A 24-hour drop box is available at the District Office.
