The Los Osos Community Services District (LOCSD) is seeking the services of Certified Public Accountants (FIRM) to perform annual financial and compliance audits of LOCSD’s Comprehensive Annual Financial Report in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards for purposes of rendering an opinion as to the fairness of presentation of these statements.
